Looking after a loved one's estate can be a daunting task.

There are tremendous decisions to make when dealing with the possessions of the estate.  

It is an overwhelming task as many of our loved ones have years and years of posessions.

 

THE PROCESS:

 

First, we meet you at the estate, and discuss the best solutions for you.

We inventory all items and record the distribution.

We sort room by room.  Our team will work with you to choose what to dispose of, what to sell or what to donate to the charity of your choice.  

Then comes the packing.  All boxes will be labeled and ready for shipping or moving.

white el·e·phant home can coordinate all of the loose ends.  If there are areas in the home that need to be looked after - ie. painters, full move out cleans; we will gather quotes from reputable companies we work with for your approval.

When the home is ready to be put on the market for sale, we are able to offer our clients "home staging" to make the property stand out!
